Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). We are a small operation so personal travel, life busyness can get in the way but typically we get it out within 2 days — we'll always keep you posted via email if there's a delay.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship multiple ways, but predominately USPS and/or UPS, etc.

Most shipments currently qualify for free shipping and you'll see that in your cart during order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally via USPS International and others. Available service levels (e.g., First-Class Package International, Priority Mail International) and estimated transit times will be shown at checkout based on your destination.

Duties & Taxes: Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery. Relentless Components is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Transit Times: International delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, though this can vary significantly based on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking: Tracking is provided where available, though visibility may be limited once a package leaves the U.S. postal network, depending on destination country.

Future: Eventually I hope to smooth out and reduce the cost of international shipments but current political positions and being small have made this difficult.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out to us at relentlesscomponents@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with you to file a claim with the carrier and make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we're happy to help redirect a package where possible if you catch it in time.
